Refunds and Returns Policy
Last Updated: July 22, 2026
Thank you for purchasing software from HappilyApps. We want you to feel confident when purchasing our WordPress plugins and annual software subscriptions.
Because HappilyApps products are delivered digitally, physical returns do not apply. Eligible purchases may qualify for a refund under the terms below.
1. Fourteen-Day Refund Period
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date will normally not be approved, except where required by applicable law.
2. Annual Subscription Renewals
Annual HappilyApps subscriptions may renew automatically when automatic renewal is enabled.
You may request a refund of an annual renewal charge within 14 calendar days of the renewal date.
After the 14-day renewal refund period has passed, the renewal charge will normally be nonrefundable.
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund a payment that has already been processed.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact HappilyApps through the support or contact options available at HappilyApps.com.
Please include:
-
Your name;
-
The email address used for the purchase;
-
The name of the product;
-
The approximate purchase date; and
-
The reason for the refund request.
We may ask for additional information when reasonably necessary to locate the purchase, prevent fraud, or understand a technical problem.
You are not required to complete extensive troubleshooting before requesting an eligible refund.
4. Eligible Purchases
A purchase may qualify for a refund when:
-
The request is submitted within the applicable 14-day period;
-
The purchase was made directly through HappilyApps;
-
The purchase can be verified;
-
The account has not been involved in fraud, license sharing, or other abuse; and
-
The request otherwise complies with this policy.
5. Nonrefundable Charges
The following charges are generally not refundable:
-
Purchases made more than 14 days before the refund request;
-
Renewal charges made more than 14 days before the refund request;
-
Third-party API usage charges;
-
Artificial intelligence provider charges;
-
Image-provider charges;
-
Hosting, domain, email, or server charges;
-
Payment-processing or currency-conversion fees not retained by HappilyApps;
-
Custom development or consulting services;
-
Completed setup, installation, or configuration services;
-
Purchases made through an independent marketplace or reseller;
-
Fraudulent purchases or chargebacks;
-
Accounts involved in license sharing, misuse, or attempts to bypass licensing controls; and
-
Products obtained through promotions that were clearly identified as nonrefundable.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Third-Party Purchases
This policy applies only to purchases made directly from HappilyApps.
When a HappilyApps product is purchased through a third-party marketplace, reseller, app store, payment platform, or distributor, that provider’s refund policy and procedures may control the transaction.
Refund requests for those purchases should be submitted directly to the provider that processed the payment.
7. Digital Products and Returns
HappilyApps sells digital software products. No physical item is shipped.
Because there is no physical product to return:
-
You do not need to mail anything back;
-
Return shipping does not apply;
-
Restocking fees do not apply; and
-
An approved refund will normally result in deactivation of the associated license.
After a refund is issued, you must stop using paid features covered by the refunded purchase.
8. Effect of a Refund
When a refund is approved:
-
The applicable license may be deactivated;
-
Access to paid downloads may be removed;
-
Access to software updates may end;
-
Priority support may end;
-
Hosted or license-dependent features may stop working; and
-
The subscription associated with the refunded payment may be canceled.
Open-source components remain subject to their applicable open-source licenses. However, a refund does not provide continued access to HappilyApps license services, updates, support, hosted services, or paid subscription benefits.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear depends on the bank, card issuer, payment processor, and original payment method.
HappilyApps cannot control delays caused by financial institutions or payment processors after a refund has been submitted.
Original payment-processing fees, foreign transaction fees, and currency-conversion differences may not be recoverable when they were charged or retained by another provider.
10. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel automatic renewal through your HappilyApps customer account when that option is available or by contacting HappilyApps support.
Canceling automatic renewal means:
-
Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current term;
-
You may continue using the included subscription benefits until the current paid term expires; and
-
No additional annual renewal charge should be made after the cancellation becomes effective.
Canceling a subscription is different from requesting a refund. A refund must be requested separately within the applicable 14-day period.
11. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
Contact HappilyApps promptly if you believe that:
-
You were charged more than once;
-
You purchased the wrong product;
-
You selected the wrong license;
-
You were charged after canceling;
-
The payment amount was incorrect; or
-
You do not recognize a HappilyApps charge.
We will review the transaction and correct verified billing errors.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback whenever reasonably possible so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
12. Technical Problems
Please contact HappilyApps support when a product does not install, activate, or operate as expected.
We may be able to resolve problems caused by:
-
License activation errors;
-
Installation problems;
-
Product defects;
-
Supported compatibility issues; or
-
Incorrect product configuration.
Requesting technical help does not extend the 14-day refund period unless HappilyApps expressly agrees in writing.
Submitting a support request before the refund deadline does not automatically count as a refund request. Clearly state that you are requesting a refund when that is your intention.
13. Product Changes and Third-Party Services
Some HappilyApps products rely on WordPress, external APIs, artificial intelligence providers, image providers, hosting environments, or other third-party services.
A change, outage, limitation, suspension, price increase, or discontinuation by a third-party provider does not automatically create a right to a refund outside the 14-day refund period.
HappilyApps will make reasonable efforts to maintain and improve supported integrations, but we cannot guarantee that every third-party service will remain available or compatible.
14. Abuse of the Refund Policy
HappilyApps may deny a refund request when there is reasonable evidence of:
-
Repeated purchases followed by refund requests;
-
License-key sharing;
-
Use on unauthorized websites;
-
Attempts to copy or redistribute paid software unlawfully;
-
Fraudulent payment activity;
-
Abuse of support personnel;
-
Attempts to bypass license validation; or
-
Other deliberate misuse of this policy.
This provision will not be used to deny legitimate consumer rights.
15. Changes to This Policy
HappilyApps may update this Refunds and Returns Policy from time to time.
Changes will not ordinarily reduce the refund rights that applied when an existing purchase was made.
The revision date shown at the top of this page identifies the most recent version.
